Hello, I’m Adriana Torres. I joined Merry Maids in 2023 as a housekeeper and, over time, have been fortunate to grow into my current role as an office assistant. In this position, I handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, including finance and customer service. I stay in close communication with our clients, always aiming to offer support that is personalized, empathetic, and respectful.
What I enjoy most about working at Merry Maids is being able to help people maintain a clean and safe home—because I truly believe that a clean space is a secure space. It brings me joy knowing that the work we do positively impacts our clients’ lives.
I also take great pride in giving back to the community. I’m always excited to be part of donation drives and community outreach events. Whenever there's an opportunity to give, I personally deliver donations and try to connect with the people we’re helping. We've donated clothes to women and girls, and even to animal shelters—and it means so much to me to be part of those efforts.
I love learning, supporting my team, and staying focused on both personal and professional goals. I speak Spanish, English, and Italian, and I’m always eager to learn more. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs, and my friends, and I stay active in my church and faith. I believe that true change begins within us, and I strive to leave a positive mark wherever I go.

Hi, I’m Catherine Ott, and I’ve been a proud member of the Merry Maids team for 27 years. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people—some of whom have become like family to me. It’s those connections that make this work so meaningful.
Every day, I show up with the goal of doing my best and giving each client the highest level of service. I believe in consistency, care, and going the extra mile to make sure each home feels comfortable and welcoming.
Outside of work, I love reading and watching hockey—go team! I also enjoy relaxing with my dog, Damon, who is a big part of my life. And when it comes to food, nothing beats a good slice of pizza.
After nearly three decades, I still feel proud to be part of a team that values dedication and heart. Merry Maids has truly become a second home to me.
