Over the years, we’ve been honored to receive several awards—but what means the most to us is that they reflect the care we put into every home we clean. One of our proudest moments was receiving the Merry Maids Client First Award, a national recognition given to the Merry Maids enterprise that goes above and beyond in putting clients first. That’s exactly what we strive to do, every single day.
We’ve also been proud recipients of the Award of Excellence and Award of Distinction—not once, but eight times! These awards recognize the top-performing Merry Maids locations across the country, and we’re humbled to be among those ranked in the top 10 and even top 5 for client service, quality, and commitment to our community.
But what matters most is what you think—and with a 4.88 out of 5 average client survey score from over 3,000 cleanings, we’re thrilled to know our dedication is felt in the homes we serve.
A Team You Can Trust in Your Home
We know inviting someone into your home is a big deal—and it’s not something we take lightly. That’s why every member of our team is professionally trained through ServiceMaster Brands University, fully bonded and insured, and undergoes thorough criminal background checks, including the National Sex Offender Registry and E-Verify. Our staff also wear uniforms, so you’ll always know who’s at your door.
We use only the highest-quality products and tools, carefully selected and approved by Merry Maids, to ensure every clean is as effective, safe, and efficient as possible.
We’re incredibly proud of our team and the heart they bring to their work. In fact, one of our very own was honored as the 2024 Merry Maids Region Team Member of the Year—a well-deserved recognition for their outstanding care and dedication.
Proud to Give Back to the Community We Love
Being part of the WNY community means so much to us—and giving back is one of the ways we show our gratitude. Whether it's donating gift certificates to local fundraisers or supporting causes close to our hearts, we're always happy to help where we can.
Recently, we supported a friend as he took on the Empire State Ride for cancer research, and during the holiday season, we were honored to contribute to the Wreaths Across America campaign, helping place wreaths on the graves of local veterans. And when someone in our community is going through a tough time, we do our best to offer a helping hand—because that's what neighbors do.
