I started my career with Merry Maids® as a customer service representative in San Antonio. My dedication to delivering exceptional service quickly led to a promotion as Branch Manager at the North Austin location. In this role, I oversee all operations to ensure that our team consistently delivers high-quality service and maintains client satisfaction.

In addition to managing the team, I perform quality control checks to make sure every cleaning meets the company’s high standards. I enjoy meeting both new and returning customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our work and building lasting relationships.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate supporter of Austin FC, and I enjoy exploring North Austin’s local hotspots. My leadership style emphasizes open communication, respect, and collaboration, and I’m committed to fostering a positive work environment where every team member has the support they need to succeed.

I’ve been with Merry Maids® for over a year, and I’m proud to be a Team Lead. I’m dedicated to providing thorough cleaning services, especially when it comes to organizing, checking, and ensuring that every space feels fresh for our clients. I take particular pride in leaving areas for children spotless and organized.

In addition to cleaning, I’m also responsible for making sure that our team has all the supplies needed for their daily work. I focus on organization and keeping everything in order, so our team is always prepared and ready to give our best.
