Branch Manager

With over 12 years of experience at Merry Maids, Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to her role as Branch Manager of our Myrtle Beach office. She began her career as a cleaner and steadily worked her way up, gaining experience in every position. This background has given Shelly insight and an understanding of both team needs and client needs.

Originally from the Merry Maids in Indianapolis, Indiana, Shelly joined our Myrtle Beach team three years ago. Since then, she has become an integral part of our team and this local community. In her down time, you will find her at the beach soaking up the sun, riding her e-bike on the sand or cruising Ocean Boulevard on her golf cart.

Sherena

Office Support Manager

Sherena joined our team in 2016 and has been the energetic heart of our office operations. As Office Manager, she’s the friendly voice on the phone and the go-to for handling everything from scheduling changes to special requests. She truly keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Sherena is a proud mom of five, including three little ones under the age of six who keep her on her toes. When she has downtime, she enjoys indulging her husband’s love for Harley rides and her love for a different type of cruising - on a cruise ship!

Nicole

Service Consultant

When Nicole isn’t at a concert or finding some good food, you’ll probably find her hanging out with friends, family, or her cat, Diamond. She finds joy in connecting with others and loves taking cleaning off people’s to-do lists so they can spend more time doing what they love.
As a Service Consultant, Nicole helps customers find great cleaning solutions and plans, sets up appointments, and always enjoys a friendly chat about how Merry Maids® can help make life a little easier.
