Nala, our sweet rescue dog, joined Merry Maids of Southeastern Massachusetts in March 2020. Nala is the “heart and paw” of our office, bringing warmth, joy, and unconditional love to us every day. With her gentle spirit and endless wagging tail, she reminds us to slow down, smile more, and always greet each other with kindness. Life’s simply better with Nala around.

Leanne - Manager of Client Services

Since joining Merry Maids of Southeastern Massachusetts in 2010, Leanne has worked her way up from Team Member to Trainer to Field Service Specialist and now Manager of Client Services. She's often the first friendly voice our clients hear, taking the time to personalize each service plan to fit their home and lifestyle. Leanne also handles scheduling and partners with Rachel and our teams to make sure we deliver exactly what we promise — a clean, welcoming home every time. Known for her easy-going rapport with both clients and staff, Leanne’s passion for service and attention to detail shine through in everything she does.

When Leanne’s not busy supporting our team and clients, she gives back to the community she loves. She’s an active member of the American Legion Post 312, Attleboro Elks #1014 and volunteers her time to Friends of the Attleboro Animal Shelter — always finding ways to make a difference, both inside and outside of work.

Rachel - Manager of Employee Relations and Recruitment

Since joining Merry Maids of Southeastern Massachusetts in 1997, Rachel has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership. Beginning her career as a Team Member, she advanced through roles including Team Captain, Trainer, and Field Service Specialist. Rachel was recognized by Merry Maids nationally as Team Member of the Region twice during her tenure. Today, as Manager of Employee Relations and Recruitment, she is instrumental in supporting our team members and maintaining our high service standards.

Rachel's compassionate and approachable leadership style fosters strong relationships with both clients and employees. Her commitment to team development and client satisfaction embodies the values of our company. Affectionately referred to as "mom" by our Team Members, Rachel continues to inspire and guide our team with unwavering passion and care.

Pam Shwayder - Franchise Owner

For nearly three decades, Pam has been the heart behind Merry Maids of Southeastern Massachusetts. After spending nine years in the athletic footwear and apparel industry, working in marketing and operations, Pam was ready for a new challenge — one that would allow her to lead a team, connect with people, and truly make a difference.

In 1995, she found that opportunity with Merry Maids. What started as a business venture quickly became a passion project centered around building a strong, caring team and serving clients in a meaningful way. Pam believes that a clean home does more than just look good — it creates comfort, peace of mind, and a better quality of life.
