Mackenzee is our fantastic Sales Representative. Mackenzee started as a Team Member at Merry Maids in 2016. She is the first one to answer the phone with a warm welcoming voice to all our customers. Her skill and positive energy set the tone right away. It's impressive that she handles everything so effortlessly, especially balancing work with raising two kids. That’s no easy feat!

Nathan

Growing up in Evansville, Nathan developed a deep-rooted passion for serving others and leading by example—values that have guided him throughout his life and career. When he joined Merry Maids of Southwest Indiana as the manager, he brought that same commitment to excellence, team-building, and community connection to the forefront.

In 2015, a new opportunity presented itself: the chance to purchase the very location he had helped grow. Nathan and his wife, Elizabeth, didn’t hesitate—they seized the moment and stepped into ownership with a shared vision of creating a company where both employees and clients feel genuinely valued.

Their leadership philosophy centers around recruiting top-tier talent, investing in their team's growth, and fostering a positive work culture that encourages long-term commitment. That same dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has not gone unnoticed. In 2024, Nathan and Elizabeth were honored with the prestigious Merry Maids Founder’s Award—the highest recognition granted to a Merry Maids franchise—celebrating their outstanding service, leadership, and community impact.

Crystal

Crystal is a true asset to the Merry Maids team! Her current role as Office Assistant is partially due to her reliability and adaptability. She started her career at Merry Maids in 2011 as a Team Member and her dependability immediately stood out. Crystal is ready to jump in and handle anything that gets thrown her way. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and riding motorcycles with her husband.

Dawn

Dawn is a dedicated and experienced Office Manager who started at Merry Maids in 1993. In her years with our company she has been a Team Member, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Sales and Office Assistant. She has a deep commitment to the company’s culture and success. When Dawn is not helping serve our customers' needs she loves to travel internationally and experience all that the world has to offer.
