Originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Sheila brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people—shaped by her years living in Oahu and now rooted in the San Diego community she calls home. Together with her husband, Jim, a Marine veteran from Buffalo, and their beloved rescue dog, Finley, Sheila embodies the values of loyalty, hard work, and heart.

At the core of Merry Maids El Cajon is a seasoned and dedicated team. Megan, Sheila’s right-hand and trusted Assistant Manager, has also been part of the Merry Maids family for a decade.
