Before leading Merry Maids, I spent years raising my family as a stay-at-home mom. Once my children started school, I worked at their school to stay close to them through every important milestone. After they grew up, I explored several career paths before finding my true passion with Merry Maids, where I first started as an Office Manager in December 2019.
Since then, I’ve worked hard to build a team that feels more like family — a group of caring, well-trained professionals who take pride in every home they care for. In January 2024, I was honored to purchase both the Dubuque and Bettendorf locations, and I have been dedicated to continuing a tradition of quality, trust, and personalized service ever since.

Giving Back to the Community
At our core, we believe in lifting up our community however we can. You'll see stickers on our cars with the Dubuque Domestic Violence Shelter and Suicide Helpline numbers — a small reminder that help is always out there if someone needs it.
We've collected items for the Domestic Violence Shelter, gathered food donations through Resources Unite, and each Christmas, we choose a charity to support by buying things they need. Our team has even offered services at a lower cost — or sometimes free — for people going through tough times.
One thing we're especially proud of: our team members have spent their own time cleaning the local domestic violence shelter, helping create a peaceful, welcoming space for those who need it most.
