Outside the office, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Jenna, and their daughter, Aubree—his favorite role of all!

Becky works closely with customers to understand and meet their individual needs, while also partnering with employees to ensure consistent, high-quality service on every visit. Her decades of experience and dedication to both client satisfaction and team support make her a trusted leader and valued member of the Merry Maids family.

Lynn Munchel has proudly owned and operated the Merry Maids franchise serving Asheville and Hendersonville, North Carolina, for over 36 years. Her journey in business has been deeply supported by her husband of 39 years, who has stood by her side every step of the way. Together, they raised two outstanding children who grew up alongside the growth of the franchise, and today, Lynn finds great joy in spending time with her three beautiful granddaughters.

Driven by a lifelong commitment to excellence, high standards, and perseverance, Lynn has built a business rooted in people-first values. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration, Morgan approaches every task with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence. Whether handling day-to-day office tasks or addressing specific client needs, Morgan is dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly.

Jackee is a dedicated cleaning professional with nearly 13 years of experience at Merry Maids. She finds genuine joy in building lasting connections with her clients—many of whom have come to feel like family. A true people person, Jackee especially enjoys working in homes with children and pets, where her warm, personal touch shines through. She takes great pride in her work and is passionate about upholding Merry Maids’ high standards, both in the homes she cleans and in the way she mentors and supports new team members.
