Brooke joined the Merry Maids team in 2023 and has been brightening our days ever since with her warm smile and positive attitude. As a former military brat, she moved around quite a bit growing up, but ultimately found her way back to her home state—and we’re so glad she did!
Brooke has a nurturing spirit and a deep love for caring for others, which has earned her the affectionate nickname “Grandma Brooke” among her friends. She enjoys cooking for those around her, spending time in nature, and relaxing with her crochet projects. Her kindness, reliability, and upbeat energy make her a truly special part of our team.

Jessica has been a proud member of the Merry Maids family since 2013. Born and raised in Albuquerque, she brings years of experience, consistency, and care to everything she does. Her dedication to the team and to providing great service has made her a dependable and valued part of our crew.
Outside of work, Jessica is a devoted mom to three children, ages 14 to 19. She enjoys playing cornhole, visiting the casino now and then, and most of all—spending quality time at home with her kids. Jessica’s warm personality and strong work ethic make her a true asset to our team.

My name is Lorraine, and I’ve been proud to be part of the Merry Maids family since 2017. Born and raised in New Mexico, I’ve built a life centered around family and community. I’ve raised three wonderful children and am now blessed to be "Nana" to nine beautiful grandchildren.
Merry Maids has truly been my home away from home. Over the years, it has not only allowed me to support my family, but also given me the chance to form meaningful friendships—with both coworkers and customers.
In my free time, I love being with family and friends, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and especially doing anything that involves water. Helping others has always brought me joy, and this profession has given me the perfect opportunity to do just that.

Guadalupe has been a valued part of the Merry Maids team since April 2019. Since 2022 alone, she’s earned over 500 five-star reviews and currently holds the number one spot in our region—a true testament to her dedication, reliability, and the care she brings to every home she cleans. Known for her kindness and respectful nature, Guadalupe is not only a favorite among customers but also a beloved member of our team.
When she’s not delivering top-tier service, Guadalupe enjoys spending quality time with her amazing family, especially her grandchildren. She’s a coffee lover and always up for an adventure—amusement parks are her favorite! Guadalupe genuinely loves what she does, and we’re lucky to have her with us.

Michele has been a cornerstone of the Merry Maids team since 2004, building strong, long-lasting relationships with her clients for over 20 years. Born and raised in Albuquerque, Michele takes great pride in serving her community and always strives to go above and beyond in helping others.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending quality time with her amazing husband of 20 years, especially riding motorcycles together. She also loves to be with her grandson, creating cherished memories with her family. Michele’s dedication to both her clients and her loved ones makes her a truly special member of our team.

I’m a dedicated manager at Merry Maids with over 11 years of experience leading our incredible team and making sure every customer has a five-star experience. From overseeing staff to ensuring homes shine, I handle all aspects of day-to-day operations with care and pride. Under my leadership, our location has been voted Best of the City for eight consecutive years—something I credit to the hardworking, dependable team around me. When I’m not keeping things running smoothly, you can find me cheering on my favorite football team—Go Bucs!

Maria has been with us since March 2023 and has quickly made a positive impact with her dedication and hard work. As a proud "cat mama" to her beautiful cat, Max, she brings warmth and care to everything she does. Maria is known for her sense of responsibility and her strong work ethic. Outside of work, she’s a big fan of Super Mario Brothers and loves making new friends. Her friendly and dependable nature makes her a valuable member of our team, and we’re happy to have her with us!

Following a four-year active duty tour in the U.S. Army, Mike moved to Albuquerque in1989 to take over from his father as owner/operator of Merry Maids of Greater Albuquerque. Since that time this office has been recognized as one of the most outstanding in the entire Merry Maids network. Past awards include: The Founder's Award (Franchise of the Year), Sales Growth Leader, and the 2006 Humanitarian of the Year for his service in Afghanistan. Mike is married to his wife Paige, who operates their Santa Fe location. His oldest daughter Jaclyn is a third generation Merry Maids owner with three locations in Texas. She and her husband have three young sons. Their youngest daughter Monica lives in Houston and will wrap up her PhD. this June. Son Dylan is a junior in high school and is committed to LSU to play baseball. Mike retired from the Army in 2009, and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his combat tour in Afghanistan.

Since joining us in March 2023, Rebeca has quickly become a beloved member of our team, known for her vibrant personality and her love for animals—especially dogs! Not only does she adore her own furry companions, but she also connects with our customers through her genuine affection for their pets. When she’s not bonding with the pups, you’ll likely find her caring for her cats, her plants, or diving into her creative hobbies like knitting and crochet.
A huge fan of 70s music and a die-hard Jurassic Park enthusiast, Rebeca’s Jeep is even decked out to resemble the iconic Jurassic Park vehicle. Her interests extend beyond pop culture, as she has a keen curiosity about conspiracy theories and enjoys a good Marvel conversation. Above all, she treasures time spent with her mom, making family a top priority.

Litzy joined the Merry Maids team in October 2023 and quickly became known for her friendly personality and positive attitude. She enjoys connecting with clients and takes pride in making homes clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Outside of work, Litzy loves music, watching movies, going out to eat, and dancing. She’s also an animal lover and enjoys spending time with pets. Her warm, approachable nature and upbeat energy make her a great addition to the team and a joy to work with.

Mireya has been a valued member of the Merry Maids team since 2022. With her caring spirit and attention to detail, she takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces that bring joy to our clients. Mireya especially loves seeing the happiness on clients’ faces when they walk into a freshly cleaned home—it’s what motivates her every day.
Outside of work, Mireya is a proud mother of two sons and a devoted grandmother to three grandchildren, whom she adores with all her heart. Her role at Merry Maids gives her the perfect balance between her professional life and the time she cherishes with her family.

Rosa has been a dedicated member of the Merry Maids team in Albuquerque since July 2023. Before joining the Albuquerque office, she worked with our Santa Fe location, bringing with her valuable experience and a strong work ethic.
